Our quest: prepare players to enter the world of Guild Wars 2, announcing the main title’s transition to free-to-play while fuelling anticipation for it’s expansion, Heart of Thorns.

Through a phased campaign spanning the US and Europe, targeted digital media spread the word, driving fans to the information they craved. The fully redesigned Guild Wars website features responsive design to digestibly collate and tease detailed game information, creating the ultimate content hub.

Asserting the game as a long-term proposition for new and existing fans alike, the Journey Into Guild Wars campaign has helped maintain veteran loyalty, whilst nearly doubling the core user-base.
